Traditionally, Chai is made with black tea and a variety of spices. We're not such big fans of black tea because its caffeine and tanning agents make us tired. So we experimented with what we have plenty - et voilá. Using a signature blend of broken cacao beans and spices turns out to be ideal to produce a highly delicious, energising cup of Cacao Chai. All you need is a tea sieve and a stylish tea can - optimally a glass can to highlight the beautiful amber colour of the Chai.
