The "Chuncho" is an extremely rare Cacao variety that grows beneath the heights of the mighty Machu Picchu. Some of the robust Chuncho trees are over 200 years old. It has the highest natural cocoa butter content in the world, making it particularly mild and creamy.

Our "Drops" made from Moruga Cacao are made from 100% pure cocoa beans, finely ground, also known as Cacao mass.

What is Specialty Cacao?

Specialty Cacao is the name given to rare varieties of cocoa that are characterised by a lot of flavour. Less than 5% of global production can be labelled as Specialty Cacao.

How do you prepare Moruga Cacao?

Whisk 10 "drops" of Cacao with hot water or oat milk. The best way to do this is in our Moruga Cacao Shaker or with a milk frother.
