If you want to start your day relaxed in the morning without having to plan extra time for preparing your breakfast, then here is the solution:Overnight Oats! You simply mix a portion of oatmeal with your favorite milk, top it all with (soy) yoghurt and melted Moruga cocoa, put everything in the fridge overnight - done!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup (80g) rolled oats
- 1.5 cups (360 ml) oat milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 0.5 cups (120 g) soy coconut yogurt
- 2 squares of Moruga Cacao
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 handful of hazelnuts, chopped
PREPARATION:
- Melt the Moruga cocoa and coconut oil in a water bath.
- Meanwhile, mix together the oat flakes, oat milk, chia seeds and cocoa powder in a glass.
- First top with soy-coconut yoghurt and then the liquid cocoa.
- Place in the fridge and enjoy the next morning with chopped hazelnuts.
