A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Moruga Kakao UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

General information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.
2) Please do not return goods with postage unpaid.
3) Please note that points 1–2 above are not conditions for the valid exercise of your right of withdrawal.
