It was that moment on a porch in a small fishing village in southern Trinidad that laid the foundation for our brand. Ben, a good friend of our founder Jonas, was visiting Moruga, where his aunt lives, for the first time. According to local tradition, Ben's aunt prepared him a strong cocoa to welcome him.
