Cocoa is laboriously harvested, fermented for 5 days, dried for 2 weeks.
Then the cocoa beans travel around the world & amp; small batches are 15 min. roasted.
Then the shell is separated from the core & amp; the kernels are ground to cocoa mass between stone rollers for 24 hours.
The liquid cocoa mass is poured into molds by hand & amp; cools in the fridge for 1 hour before it is packed and sent to you.
All of this for 1-3€ Per Blackboard like in the supermarket
This is only possible when bulk cocoa is grown in monocultures with little flavor, a lot of volume, minimal wages are paid, if at all, is produced in large batches & amp; the valuable cocoa mass of course with sugar, cocoa butter & amp; Milk powder is stretched.wird.
