What is cocoa mass?

Our bars of Moruga cocoa are made from 100% pure cocoa beans, finely ground, with a pinch of salt, also called cocoa liquor  

What is fine flavoured cocoa?

Precious cocoa is the term used to describe rare varieties of cocoa that are characterized by a lot of flavor. Less than 5% of world production may be called fine flavors cocoa.

How do you prepare Moruga cocoa?

Whisk 1-2 squares of the cocoa with hot water or oat milk. This is best done in our Moruga Cacao Shaker or with a milk frother.

Cocoa as an (almost) caffeine-free awakener:
