What is cocoa mass?
Our Moruga cocoa bars are made from 100% pure cocoa beans, finely ground, with a pinch of salt toococoa mass called.
What is fine flavor cocoa?
Rare types of cocoa, which are characterized by a lot of aroma, are referred to as fine flavor cocoa. Less than 5% of world production can be described as fine flavor cocoa.
How do you prepare Moruga cocoa?
Whisk 1-2 squares of the cocoa with hot water or oat milk. This works best in ourMoruga cocoa shaker or with a milk frother.
