Ingredients for 1 glass
- 1 ripe banana
- 2-3 soft dates, such as Medjool dates
- 200 ml oat milk or another plant milk
- 5-7 Moruga Cacao Drops
- A little hot water for dissolving the cacao
- Ice cubes
- Optional: cinnamon or vanilla
Preparation
- Dissolve the Moruga Cacao Drops completely in a little hot water.
- Add banana, pitted dates, plant milk and liquid cacao to a blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
- Pour over ice cubes into a glass and serve immediately.
