Bananen-Dattel-Kakao mit Hafermilch und Moruga 100% Kakao

Banana Date Drink

If you are craving an ice-cold cacao that is sweet, filling and still 100% natural, you will love this drink. Our Date Banana Cacao is the perfect combination of creamy banana, caramel-like dates and deep cacao flavor. No added sugar, just pure enjoyment.

Whether as a breakfast drink, afternoon treat or dessert in a glass, this cacao is not only delicious, but also nutrient-rich and ideal for hot days.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2-3 soft dates, such as Medjool dates

  • 200 ml plant-based milk, such as oat milk, plus hot water

  • 5-7 Moruga Cacao Drops

  • Ice cubes

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve the Moruga Cacao Drops in hot water and set aside.

  2. Add the banana, pitted dates, plant-based milk and prepared Moruga Cacao to a blender.
  3. Blend until creamy and velvety, with no pieces left.

  4. Pour into a glass over ice cubes and enjoy immediately.

Tip: For a small upgrade, add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla to the blender for a fresh twist.

No-added-sugar version:

Use unsweetened plant-based milk and skip any additional sweeteners, because the banana and dates bring enough natural sweetness.

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich liebe Eure Rezepte. Besonders den Bananen-Dattel-Drink, weil Bananen zu meinem Lieblingsobst gehören und da kann schon mal eine sehr reif werden, die dann im Drink landet.
    Zusätzlich habe ich angefangen, die Drops durch die Raffel zu schicken. Kleinere Stücke lösen sich besser und ich kann mit niedrigerer Temperatur arbeiten. Und besonders cremig wird es im Smoothiemaker.
