Few scents feel as much like autumn as pumpkin spice: warm, spicy and simply cozy. Combined with the intense depth of Moruga Cacao, it becomes a drink that warms both hands and heart. Our Pumpkin Spice Cacao is the perfect companion for gray afternoons, colorful leaves and long cozy evenings.

✨ Ingredients (for 1 cup):
300 ml plant-based milk, such as oat or almond milk
6 Moruga Cacao Drops
2-3 pieces of Hokkaido pumpkin, cooked and pureed
1 small piece of fresh ginger
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
🥄 Preparation:
Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, cook it in a little water until soft and blend it into a fine puree.
At the same time, prepare the pumpkin spice base: add ginger, anise, cinnamon and plant-based milk to a pot. Let it simmer slowly, without getting too hot, so the aromas can unfold.
Pour the spiced milk into a vessel and stir in 6 Moruga Cacao Drops. Mix well or froth with a whisk until creamy.
Add the pumpkin puree to a cup, pour the Moruga Cacao mix over it and stir gently.
Optional: top with a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
