Cacao Coconut Cloud: an airy, creamy cacao drink with an exotic coconut note, floating like a light cloud over refreshing coconut water.

✨ Ingredients (for 1 glass):
15 Moruga Cacao Drops
25 ml hot water
30 ml vegan whipping cream, such as soy whipping cream
30 ml barista coconut milk, or barista oat or soy milk as an alternative
100 ml coconut water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 tsp agave syrup
🥄 Preparation:
Dissolve the cacao drops completely in hot water and sweeten with 1 tsp agave syrup if desired.
Whip the vegan cream until creamy. Then slowly pour in the barista coconut milk and whip again until an airy cloud-like consistency forms.
Add the liquid cacao to the cream-milk mixture and keep whipping until an even, foamy cacao cloud forms.
Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour in chilled coconut water and spoon the cacao cloud on top.
