Ingredients for 1 serving
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 fresh banana
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 6-12 Drops or 2 squares Moruga Cacao
- 2 cups almond milk or oat milk
Preparation
- If needed, dissolve the Moruga Cacao briefly with a little hot water. This helps it blend into cold plant milk.
- Add banana, dates, cinnamon, plant milk and cacao to a blender.
- Blend on high until the smoothie is creamy.
- Serve immediately and top with chopped cacao Drops if you like.
